Lead structural design and site supervision for residential and commercial projects. Requires 5+ years experience in Kerala's construction sector.
Design electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. HT/LT knowledge required. Will work closely with civil team on integrated solutions.
Design and implement structured cabling, CCTV, and network systems for commercial and residential projects. Cisco/equivalent certification preferred.
Manage end-to-end delivery of integrated projects. Coordinate civil, electrical, and IT teams. Strong client communication and NRI project experience valued.
Create functional, aesthetic interior designs for residential and commercial spaces. AutoCAD/SketchUp proficiency required. Will collaborate with electrical team on lighting design.
Supervise day-to-day construction activities. Ensure quality standards and safety protocols. ITI/Diploma in Civil/Electrical preferred.
